A strong position in our target markets of communication, transportation and industry
We supply the communications, transport and industrial markets. Diversification into three different markets helps us to better weather the ups and downs of individual markets and regions. What’s more, because our products and systems can be used in many different applications we have carved out high market shares and sustainable profitability and growth as a globally leading supplier.

Leader in technology and innovation
To be a single supplier of connectors, cables, cable assemblies and cable systems in our three core technologies makes us unique in today’s global markets. To maintain our competitiveness, to set us apart from other market participants and thus ensure our long-term success, we continue to add new technologies and abilities to our portfolio of competences.

Operational excellence
In the marketplace, smooth and reliable order processing counts as a major success factor. Toward that end we have created a network of plants close to the customer in all our three markets. Each production facility operates as a competence center with a specific task profile, producing a specific number of products from our overall range. Our plants in Switzerland, for instance, manufacture new products, handle capital-intensive production processes and flexible, speedy manufacturing of small series and specialty products, while our plants in Asia, Central Europe and South America are devoted mainly to labor-intensive manufacturing and servicing their local and international markets. Worldwide logistics helps get shipments to the right place at the right time.
